What is a Customer Card?
 
Customer Card is a plastic card with the customer’s name and a unique card number, or just a unique card number, which confirms the customer’s participation in the ELKOR Loyalty programme.

How to become the member of the Customer Card programme?
 
o become the programme member, you should complete the application form, which you can receive at any ELKOR store or download in our Internet website. The completed application form should be submitted to the cashier of ELKOR store and you should pay the fee for production of the personalised Customer Card in the amount of EUR 5.00.
What is the term for production of the Customer Card?
 
If ordering the personalised Loyalty card in the ELKOR PLAZA department store or ELKOR TEHNIKA store, as well as the SPICE HOME department store, the card will be made within one hour after submission of the application form. If the personalised card has been ordered in other ELKOR stores, the card can be obtained after 3 days in a manner suitable for the customer – by mail, or in any ELKOR store.
When ordering a non-personalised Loyalty card, it can be obtained in any ELKOR store immediately after submission of the application form.
Are there any age limits for receipt of the Customer Card?
 
Any natural person starting from the age of 12 can become the member of the programme.
Could one customer have several Customer Cards?

The customer may have only one Customer Card.
How does the Customer Card work?
 
The card can only have one of three privilege levels according to the purchase amount made using the card. With privilege level 1 (purchase amount of up to EUR 699.99), ELKOR money comprising 5% of the purchase price is transferred to the Loyalty card account. With privilege level 2 (EUR 700 to 3,999.99), ELKOR money comprising 7% of the purchase price is transferred to the Loyalty card account, but with privilege level 3 (EUR 4,000+) – 10% of the purchase price.
When the privilege level of the Customer Card is changed?
 
The privilege level of the Card is increase on the next business day after making of the purchase.
How can I check the privilege level of my Customer Card?
 
Information about the privilege level of the Customer Card may be obtained in any ELKOR store, by logging in the website in Section Customer Card Balance, calling to the phone number: +371 67070719, sending questions to the e-mail address: info@elkor.lv and specifying the Customer Card number
What to do, if I have lost my Customer Card?
 
In case of loss of the Customer Card, you should call the phone number: +371 67070702, tell us your name and date of birth, in order to block the Customer Card. In order to produce the new Customer Card, you should complete the application form in any ELKOR store, pay the fee for production of the Card in the amount of EUR 5.00. Upon receipt of the Customer Card, you should present the personal identification document. ELKOR money and advantages accumulated on the account of the Customer Card are transferred to the new Card.
Should I pay for production of the new Customer Card, when renewing the lost Customer Card?
 
Yes, you should pay the fee for production of a personalised Customer Card in the amount of EUR 5.00.
If the loss of the Customer Card is applied and the new Customer Card is produced, but then the old Customer Card is found, would the production costs of the new Customer Card be compensated?
 
If the new Customer Card has been already produced, the fee of production thereof is not returned. If the loss of the Customer Card is applied, but the new Customer Card is not yet produced, it is possible to unblock the old Card. To unblock the Customer Card, you should address any ELKOR store and present to the cashier the Card and the personal identification document. The unblocking of the Customer Card is free of charge.
What is ELKOR money and hoe to operate it?
 
For the purchases the programme member account is credited with ELKOR money corresponding to the Customer Card privilege level. The accumulated ELKOR money can be used for payments of further purchases in ELKOR stores and in the cash register of Internet store www.elkor.lv, by presenting the Customer Card before execution of the purchase.
Is ELKOR money accumulated for all purchases?
 
ELKOR money is not accumulated, when buying ELKOR Gift Certificates, prepaid telephone cards, press issues, tobacco products, when paying for the services (tailor, gift packaging, delivery of the goods ELKOR SERVISS and ELKOR FOTO services). ELKOR money is not accumulated, if the good is bought with additional discount.
Is ELKOR money accumulated for the goods, purchased with discount?
 
When purchasing goods for special prices for the owners of the Customer Cards or campaign goods, ELKOR money is transferred depending on the privilege level. On the 1st privilege level the Customer Card account is credited by ELKOR money in the amount of 1% of the sum of the purchase, on the 2nd level – 2%, on the 3rd level – 3%.
Does the accumulated ELKOR money have the term of validity?
 
The accumulated ELKOR money is valid, if less than two calendar years have passed from the making of the last purchase.
Is it possible to sum up ELKOR money on the Cards belonging to the members of one family?
 
ELKOR money is accumulated on the account of each particular Customer Card. The accumulated ELKOR money cannot be transferred to another account.
Is ELKOR money granted for the printing of photos?
 
ELKOR money is not granted for the services, including for printing of the photos.
How long does it take, after the making of purchase, to credit ELKOR money in the account?
 
ELKOR money for the made purchase is credited to the account within the period of two business days.
Is ELKOR granted for delivery of the goods or other ELKOR services?
 
ELKOR money is not granted for the services.
Is ELKOR money accumulated, if the payment is performed by wire transfer?
 
Yes, if the Customer Card is presented at the moment of the issuance of the invoice.
Is ELKOR money accumulated, if the payment is performed by ELKOR Gift Certificate?
Yes, it is granted.
Is ELKOR money accumulated, when buying the good on leasing?
Yes, it is granted.
What happens with ELKOR money, upon receipt of the new Customer Card?
ELKOR money is accumulated in the account of the card and the change of the Customer Card does not influence it.
Is ELKOR money cancelled, if the good is returned/given back to the store?
If the good is returned/given back to the store, ELKOR money granted for the purchase is annulled on the next day after the transaction (return of the good).
How can I check the balance of the accumulated ELKOR money?
You can check the accumulated balance of ELKOR money on the Internet website www.elkor.lv, Section Customer Card Balance,, in all ELKOR stores or calling to the phone number: +371 67070702, or sending your question by e-mail to: info@elkor.lv, specifying the Customer Card number.
Can ELKOR money be exchanged to cash?
ELKOR money cannot be exchanged to cash.

Are there any advantages for ELKOR SERVISS services, when presenting the Customer Card?
ELKOR Loyalty programme members are entitled to a 10% discount on spare parts, accessories and services at ELKOR SERVISS.
How to use the free-of-charge tailor services?
ELKOR Loyalty programme members who purchase clothing at the ELKOR Fashion clothing section in the ELKOR PLAZA department store (Brīvības gatve 201, Riga) can use tailor services for the alteration of purchased clothing according to the price list, up to EUR 15.00 free of charge. 
How the information about the person specified in the application form is used?
Information specified in the application form is used for identification of the customer, registration of ELKOR money and informing the customer about special offers of ELKOR and changes in the customer loyalty programme. We guarantee that the personal data of the customer will be used only for the above stated purposes.
Is it possible to change data specified in the application form?
Yes, data of the application form can be changed on the Internet website www.elkor.lv, Section Personal Data of the Owner of the Customer Card or by filing the completed application form to the cashier of ELKOR store and presenting the personal identification document.
Can I use the Customer Card also in Podium store?
ELKOR Customer Card does not operate in Podium store.
In what cases should I present he personal identification document?
In cases, when the Customer Card is lost and the new Card is produced, upon receipt of the new Customer Card in cash registers of ELKOR stores, you should present the personal identification document. The personal identification document should be presented at the cash registers of the stores also, when the client contact details are changed.
