Amending personal data

 1.Participants in the ELKOR loyalty programme can change previously registered information about themselves (e.g., a phone number or E-mail address) by filling out an application (downloand the statement), printing it out, signing it and submitting it to an Elkor store or the Client Service Centre of Elkor Plaza.

2. Participants in the ELKOR loyalty programme can withdraw from the programme by filling out an application ( downloand the statementand submitting it to an Elkor store or the Client Service Centre of Elkor Plaza.  This can be done in the context of filling out an application on changing or supplementing personal data or halting the processing of the data  ( downloand the statement) or by asking for an application at a store or the Client Service Centre.

3.The Client Service Centre shall provide an answer and/or make changes within the course of a calendar month.
4. Where a client withdraws his or her participation in the loyalty programme via a written application, the client data shall be fully erased.  Accumulated Elkor money will not be paid out, will be fully annulled and will in no way be restored for the client.  The data shall be preserved if the law so requires.
